The company was formed in 2008 by Don Sprague to sell commercial and residential real estate. Also, the company provides real estate advice to the public on the best way to position properties in the market to sell in the least amount of time and for the most money.

Don began his real estate career in 1999 as an unlicensed "real estate entrepeneur" helping friends and colleagues who were attempting to sell their homes as For Sales By Owner properties. Concerned about performing the duties of a real estate professional without a license, in 2001 Don decided to continue his career in real estate as a licensed professional.

Don joined RE/MAX Premier Properties I (formerly RE/MAX Plano) in 2002 as a residential REALTOR®. After a couple of years of working with residential buyers and sellers, he decided to add commercial property acquisitions, sales and leases to the list of real estate services that he provides. Drawing on his training as a public accountant and corporate financial planner, Don understood that his financial background would be a significant benefit to the business owners and investors he wants to serve as his customers.

He decided to obtain his real estate Broker's license in 2008 and create an independent real estate brokerage (independent of the national real estate franchises) that is dedicated to providing the best, personalized real estate experience available in the industry. The company is also dedicated to using the latest, beneficial technology to its full advantage. Don is always looking for like-minded real estate professionals to discuss the possibility of a career at Sprague Properties.
